QUOTATIONS ARE INVITED FOR COMPUTER AMC

Quotation Notice
Sealed competitive quotations are invited in sealed covers for the maintenance of computers and its accessories including network systems installed in our Head Office at Mundakkal, Kollam and the computers and its accessories including Printers and UPS installed in our 30 cashew factories situated in the state (List enclosed) for a period of one year.
Terms and Conditions.
- Quotationer should be a reputed and leading contractor. (To prove this, true copies of testimonials should be furnished along with the quotation).
- Rate should be quoted for the maintenance of the computer installed in our 30 factories and Head Office separately.
- The servicing of UPS and Printer with the computer installed in factories also shall be carried out by the contractor.
- Corporation shall not pay any expenses other than the contracted AMC charges. Corporation shall deduct the TDS and other levies applicable as per rules from time to time from the contractor’s bill.
- Each quotation should accompany an EMD of Rs.3000/- by cash or DD drawn in favor of KSCDC.
- Quotation should reach the under signed on or before 03.02.2012 at 3 PM and the same will be opened at 3.30 PM.
- Successful quotationer should execute an agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- within 7 days on confirmation of the quotation.

MANAGING DIRECTOR.
R E Q U I R E S - INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER
Qualifications:
1. Degree of a recognised University.
2. FCA or FICWA or M.Com 1st Class (Specialisation in Finance) with MBA 1st Class (Specialisation in Finance).
Experience: 3 years post qualification experience in a senior managerial capacity in a registered company having turnover more than Rs.20 crores.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 9490-340-12890-360-16490-480-18890.
The age limit will be below 40 years as on 1.1.2011 with usual relaxation to SC/ST/OBC.
Higher start in basic pay will be considered in deserving cases. Other benefits such as DA, HRD, PF, ESI, Medical Reimbursement etc. will be given as per the rules of the Corporation.
Application may be sent in plain paper showing the name, address, age and date of birth, qualifications, experience with details of the post held, name of the employers, present salary, salary expected, whether belonging to SC/ST/OBC and other relevant data with copies of the testimonials and a recent passport size photograph so as to reach the Managing Director, KSCDC, Kollam on or before 30.11.2011.

R E Q U I R E S - COMPANY SECRETARY
Qualifications:
1. Degree of a recognised University.
2. FCS
3. Degree in Law desirable.
Experience: 10 years post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years as a Company Secretary in a reputed organisation.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 11320-360-12400-480-13360-545- 16630
The age limit will be below 45 years as on 1.1.2011 with usual relaxation to SC/ST/OBC.
Higher start in basic pay will be considered in deserving cases. Other benefits such as DA, HRD, PF, ESI, Medical Reimbursement etc. will be given as per the rules of the Corporation.
